New features: Autosaving, Filtering + Punjabi, Mandarin and Cantonese support

We're a bit obsessed with provider workflows—it's probably a little unhealthy how much we think about this stuff. What am I saying? It's not unhealthy, it's literally our mission statement. Anyways, we’re thrilled to announce our latest set of features we hope you'll love!

Meet Autosave

Imagine you're mid-sentence, documenting a complex patient case, when the pager goes off, or you’re needed for an urgent consult. Panic sets in as you glance at your screen, worried you'll lose your progress. Praise be – with our new Autosave feature, you can handle those emergencies without a second thought. It’s like having draft mode, but way cooler (I hope you see what I did there).

Autosave is like that friend who always remembers where you left your keys. Whether you're jotting down a quick note or in the middle of a detailed report, Autosave ensures your work is saved automatically. No more lost notes, no more do-overs. Every keystroke is captured in real-time, so you can pick up right where you left off, no matter the interruption. You can even jump from device to device and everything will synchronize.

How It Works

Autosave kicks in the moment you start typing. Every change is saved instantly, and if you need to step away, just go! This ultimately allows you to jump between patients quickly.

Punjabi, Mandarin, and Cantonese languages added

We’re excited to also introduce support for Punjabi, Mandarin, and Cantonese to our roster of over 30 supported languages. Documenting patient notes in the language you're most comfortable with has never been easier. We're committed to making Scribeberry accessible and user-friendly for all healthcare providers and their patients, no matter what language you or they prefer.

Filtering scribes

And just when you thought we were done, we decided to sprinkle a little extra magic into Scribeberry. We know that finding that one specific note from months ago can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. That’s why we’ve added a new filtering feature to help you sort your scribes.

Imagine trying to remember when you documented that incredibly rare case of Trichotillomania (you know, that hair-pulling disorder). Now you can filter scribes by:

• Today/Past Day
• Past Week
• Past Month
• Past Year
• All Time

No more scrolling endlessly or scratching your head trying to remember when you made that note. It’s all about making your life easier and your workflow smoother.

Mobile

We've added an enhanced experience on mobile-web that will allow users to pause and resume scribes quickly. We are also actively building out our native mobile apps for iOS and Android which should be available very soon.

Edit Transcripts

We've added the capability to edit transcripts in real-time or after your patient encounters. Simply click the pencil icon in the transcript panel and you can make modifications as you are dictating/transcribing.
