New feature: Memories 🧠, automatic customizations for your notes ⚡️
Imagine little minions learning your note-taking style, favourite treatments, and quirks—then using that knowledge to make every note faster, smarter, and tailored to you. That’s Scribeberry Memories: your personal assistant for documentation, helping you focus on what matters—your patients.
Imagine you’ve got a bunch of little minions by your side, tirelessly paying attention to how you write notes, understanding the treatment plans you frequently use, the meds you prescribe most often, and even the tiny quirks that make your documentation uniquely yours.
That’s exactly what Scribeberry Memories is. It’s your personal assistant for note-taking, built to learn from the way you work and make your documentation a breeze. It notices patterns, suggests smarter ways to write, and takes away the hassle of repetitive edits so you can focus on what truly matters—your patients.
It's really, really cool.
OK, what are Memories?
Memories is a new feature designed to make your note-taking smarter and more personalized. Here’s how it works:
- It learns your preferences—how you like to format notes, what details you prioritize, and the quirks that make your documentation unique.
- You can add your own Memories manually or let Scribeberry suggest Memories based on your usage.
- Memories help you standardize your notes, ensuring every document is just how you like it, without the extra effort.
For example, if you always include the clinic name below the doctor’s name in referral letters, you can create a Memory for that, and voilà —it happens automatically.
Try it now
Memories are designed to be simple and intuitive. Here’s how you can start using them:
- Access the Memories section and enable it in your Scribeberry settings
- Add a Memory manually by specifying the rule you want Scribeberry to follow
- Edit your notes and Scribeberry will trigger Memory suggestions for you to approve—Memories are only stored with your consent
Privacy first
We know privacy is a big deal—especially in healthcare. That’s why Memories is built with strict boundaries:
- It only learns from how you interact with Scribeberry, not from patient conversations.
- No patient data is ever used to create or suggest Memories.
Your trust is everything to us, and we’re committed to keeping it that way.
Why did we build Memories?
Days are hectic. Between patient care, charting, and juggling a million other tasks, you don’t have time to waste on repetitive edits or mental checklists. Memories was built to:
- Save you time by automating your note preferences.
- Reduce cognitive load by remembering your unique documentation style.
- Help you focus on patient care instead of admin work.
It’s like having an army of minions that work just for you.
